In 2011, as a corporate design project, Mohammad Reza Abdolali, Tehran based graphic designer, used Persian type as the main idea to develop Royal Trains visual identity.

The logotype [قطار ویژه رویال] is designed based on a geometric robust type style with round corners, circular counters, right angles and tall ascenders. Parallel strokes of letterforms create a rhythmic structure.
The word Royal [رویال] has been used in designing various symmetrical typographic motifs inspired by Islamic geometric patterns. These patterns are used as the main motifs to design wagon rugs, curtains and other interior design elements.
